Our AR15/AR-10 single stage drop in trigger system, is an OEM collaboration trigger that incorporates specific details and features required by APOD Group Arms. This unique trigger system features all the top-tier attributes and a creep-free and crisp trigger break. All the trigger internal and external components are completely CNC machined from premium billet domestic certified materials to exact tolerances.
The internal components are machined from S7 tool steel, which is specifically heat treated to enhance the impact resistance and component interface durability. All the internal components are coated with a proprietary black nitride coating to further enhance the resistance to wear and enviromental corrosion. The trigger housing block features a 6061 T6 aluminum construction that is hard anodized to increase durability and resist corrosion
The hammer and trigger blade are captured and pivoted on precision-ground nitride coated cross pivot pins, ensuring a precise engagement of the hammer sear interface, providing a reliable, safe, zero take-up 3.5LB creep-free crisp trigger pull. The trigger is available in a flat or semi curved trigger blade and includes anti-walk pins for secure placement of the trigger system within the lower receiver. The APGA trigger system is backed by a lifetime warranty against manufactures defects.
