The APGA M16 Style BCG is 100% multi axis CNC machined in the USA from Billet domestic certified material, to unparalleled precision tolerance. After all the individual components are machined they undergo a rigorous quality control process to ensure absolute tolerance execution. Once the parts are QC’s, the components proceed to a proprietary multiphase finishing process that ends with all the BCG components being coated with a unique corrosion resistant black nitride finish. Once the nitride finish is applied, the components are once again QC’d before final assembly for tolerance accuracy and finish quality.
